Access: Reach Rif. Gilberti from Sella Nevea via CAI trail 635 or by cable car. From the hut, descend along trail 635 until the intersection with the botanical trail to reach the Geriatria sector (5 min from the hut). For the south face, instead, go up the botanical trail towards Sella Bila Pec (10 min from the hut). The Cueva sector is just beyond Geriatria, while for Sanatorio and Manicomio, you need to follow a via ferrata that takes 5 minutes to the first sector and 10 to the last. (see map)
